Tagliatelle with Mushroom Cream
Ingredients:
- 250 ml OraSi Soy Cooking Cream
- 100 ml OraSi Soy milk
- 400 g Tagliatelle
- 400 g mushrooms
- 2 spoons of extra-vergin olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
Preparations:
- Clean the mushrooms, heat 1 spoon of oil in a pan, fry the chopped garlic and then sauté the mushrooms for 5 minutes. Salt.
- Sprinkle with OraSi Soy Drink and cook again for 5 minutes.
- Pour the soya cream into the glass of the immersion blender, add part of the cooked mushrooms with part of the cooking juice. Blend adding salt and pepper.
- Cook the pasta in abundant salted water, drain, then season with the cream of mushroom, add the mushrooms.
- Decorate as desired.
