Tagliatelle with Mushroom Cream

Ingredients:
  • 250 ml OraSi Soy Cooking Cream
  • 100 ml OraSi Soy milk
  • 400 g Tagliatelle
  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 2 spoons of extra-vergin olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
Preparations:
  1. Clean the mushrooms, heat 1 spoon of oil in a pan, fry the chopped garlic and then sauté the mushrooms for 5 minutes. Salt.
  2. Sprinkle with OraSi Soy Drink and cook again for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour the soya cream into the glass of the immersion blender, add part of the cooked mushrooms with part of the cooking juice. Blend adding salt and pepper.
  4. Cook the pasta in abundant salted water, drain, then season with the cream of mushroom, add the mushrooms.
  5. Decorate as desired.
